What you will do

  • Own enterprise account strategy and execute growth initiatives within the German market.
  • Lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting to closing complex deals.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide strategic market insights to refine local business strategy and positioning.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (C1+) required.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales or account leadership within the German SaaS or AI technology sector.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding aggressive enterprise sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of German business culture and enterprise buying processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
