What you will do
- Own enterprise account strategy and execute growth initiatives within the German market.
- Lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting to closing complex deals.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide strategic market insights to refine local business strategy and positioning.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (C1+) required.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales or account leadership within the German SaaS or AI technology sector.
- Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding aggressive enterprise sales targets.
- Deep understanding of German business culture and enterprise buying processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
