Salary: $126,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the marketing technology ecosystem architecture, integrations, and technical capabilities.
• Define the MarTech roadmap across Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Qualified, AI platforms, and automation tools.
• Build integrations, workflows, automations, APIs, webhooks, and data flows that improve marketing execution.
• Identify, prototype, test, and scale AI-powered workflows, agents, and intelligent automation.
• Improve lead and account segmentation, scoring, routing, enrichment, and intent processes.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and Data teams and manage contractors or technical resources as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role.
• Deep hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce, plus experience with 6sense, Qualified, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing system architecture, integrations, automated workflows, and multi-platform solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations.
• Practical experience with generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into working solutions.

• Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies.
