Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York (On-site)

Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding and implementation, designing solutions that align technology with client goals.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to drive product self-sufficiency.
• Design and execute migration plans to ensure seamless platform adoption.
• Act as the primary technical resource post-sale, troubleshooting issues and advocating for customer needs.
• Modify production code to fix bugs and build features that meet specific customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify expansion opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in an engineering role with close customer interaction.
• Proficiency in investigating production issues via code paths, database state, and API analysis.
• Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful concepts, IAM, and SQL.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot production code.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.

• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Experience writing production code.
• Familiarity with IT, security, or service management domains.
