What you will do

• Identify and eliminate repetitive manual workflows across finance, sales, legal, and support.
• Design, build, and own internal tools, automations, and lightweight services.
• Develop production-quality scripts and services including APIs and data pipelines.
• Analyze operational data to prioritize high-leverage improvements.
• Improve go-to-market operations by creating robust tooling between cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, observability, and long-term maintainability of operational systems.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping real systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration.
• Ability to reason about system architecture, failure modes, and maintainability.
• Strong business intuition regarding cost, speed, and organizational scale.
• High degree of agency and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
