What you will do

• Manage all aspects of digital SoC verification for advanced communication systems.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers to define and execute comprehensive verification plans.
• Develop and maintain advanced verification environments using UVM and industry-standard languages.
• Perform deep-dive debugging of simulation failures to identify root causes.
• Analyze coverage and ensure high-quality gate-level simulation results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ASIC verification experience.
• Strong expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog, UVM, and scripting languages like Python or TCL.
• Proven experience managing the full verification flow from spec to gate-level coverage analysis.
• Deep understanding of ASIC verification fundamentals and industry-standard methodologies.
• Ability to debug complex simulation failures effectively.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with networking protocols (Ethernet MAC, PHY, Switching, PCIe, TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of video standards or digital signal processing filters.
• Familiarity with SystemC and DPI.
• Experience with automated testbench creation and regression infrastructure.
