What you will do

• Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for core product launches including cards, accounts, and on/off-ramp flows.
• Develop high-impact enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, and demo scripts for BD and growth teams.
• Define and maintain positioning and messaging pillars across diverse regions and user segments.
• Conduct customer interviews and usage analysis to feed actionable insights into product development.
• Build competitive intelligence frameworks to articulate market advantages against Web2 and Web3 players.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Ops to ensure launch readiness and alignment on success metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or stablecoin-based products.
• Proven track record of owning GTM strategies for complex, infrastructure-heavy products.
• Location: Must be based in the APAC region.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Growth, and BD teams.
• Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate user insights into scalable strategy.
• Structured thinker with a strong bias for execution and iteration.
