What you will do

  • Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Payward Services, covering crypto trading, staking, and tokenized equity products.
  • Develop differentiated market narratives and positioning for diverse client segments including banks, fintechs, and DeFi protocols.
  • Create and scale sales enablement collateral, including playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Partner with product, sales, and BD teams to translate complex infrastructure features into compelling business outcomes.
  • Lead market and competitive intelligence efforts to inform strategy and identify emerging client needs.
  • Align marketing programs with business KPIs such as client acquisition, deal velocity, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B fintech, financial infrastructure, or crypto.
  • Proven experience marketing to institutional or enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including DeFi, stablecoins, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical offerings.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, legal, and growth teams.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating marketing impact and prioritizing strategic initiatives.
