What you will do

• Craft GTM vision and execution plans for the Payward Services infrastructure suite.
• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging tailored to fintechs, banks, and institutional partners.
• Create high-impact sales enablement collateral, including playbooks, battlecards, and case studies.
• Lead competitive intelligence and market research to inform product and messaging strategy.
• Partner with growth teams to support ABM campaigns and inbound marketing efforts.
• Drive internal rebrand efforts for Payward Services product lines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B fintech, financial infrastructure, or crypto.
• Proven success marketing complex B2B2C or institutional offerings.
• Deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, DeFi protocols, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, product, and BD teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment across the specified European and Canadian regions.
