What you will do

• Own and execute all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, communications, social media, and events.
• Partner with business development and product teams to translate complex technical needs into intelligent, effective messaging.
• Develop and nurture the company voice, refining it to establish a dominant brand identity in the fintech sector.
• Design and execute annual marketing campaigns to drive strategic goals.
• Manage the creation and evolution of the project's visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a senior marketing leader within B2B2B or B2B2C fintech environments.
• Proven track record in building unique brands, managing product marketing lifecycles, and delivering high-impact campaigns.
• Expert storytelling abilities with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Analytical mindset, using market data and insights to refine strategies and measure ROI.
• Deep passion for crypto/cypherpunk ethos and building permissionless financial systems.
