What you will do

• Research, plan, and execute market launches and GTM strategies across Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
• Formulate and refine launch playbooks to systematize lessons learned from previous deployments.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects by managing GTM timelines and resource allocation.
• Ensure operational readiness for new market entries and feature releases.
• Align Growth, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to guarantee successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM, Strategy, Business Development, or Marketing roles within consumer tech, fintech, or crypto.
• Demonstrated history of leading complex, cross-functional project launches.
• Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
