TL;DR

Brand Manager (Marketing): Leading the brand strategy and growth initiatives for Chispa within the Affinity division with an accent on multicultural marketing to the US Hispanic community. Focus on building brand awareness through integrated campaigns, social media strategy, influencer programs, and cross-functional product marketing collaboration.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, Texas or Los Angeles, California. Hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in the office.

Salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead integrated marketing programs including product launches, PR, influencer partnerships, and community campaigns.
  • Act as the primary brand advocate for the US Latino and Gen Z bicultural community.
  • Translate cultural insights and dating trends into actionable brand initiatives and content strategies.
  • Manage external agencies (creative, social, PR, influencer) and ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to integrate new features into the brand narrative and drive app growth.
  • Assess campaign performance against established KPIs and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing and brand strategy experience within consumer mobile apps or high-growth startups.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns and influencer programs from strategy to execution.
  • Deep immersion and understanding of the US Latino, particularly the bicultural community.
  • Experience managing diverse cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Must reside in or be willing to work from Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA as part of a hybrid 3-days-per-week in-office policy.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working within an agency setting.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva for design tasks.
