What you will do

• Assist the Growth team in identifying new prospects and cultivating client relationships.
• Manage inbound inquiries and execute outbound lead outreach campaigns.
• Develop and coordinate pitch decks and proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and optimize CRM and project management systems for reporting.
• Support website updates, competitor tracking, and the creation of marketing collateral.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passionate about music and its potential for brand connection.
• Ability to think critically and analyze business challenges creatively.
