TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AI): Managing full-cycle sales processes for high-value eCommerce brands with an accent on consultative selling and complex technical demonstrations. Focus on building repeatable go-to-market strategies, refining ICP messaging, and collaborating with product teams to drive revenue and market adoption.

Location: Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 4 days/week.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (Base) plus commission and equity.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting high-value leads to closing seven-figure deals.
  • Partner with prospective eCommerce customers to solve complex challenges and prototype creative solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business problems into actionable AI-driven technical workflows.
  • Contribute market insights to product and marketing teams to refine GTM playbooks and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term value realization and platform integration.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS or MarTech sales.
  • Must be located in or able to commute to New York City.
  • Proven track record in eCommerce or digital-first enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong experience with multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles and complex ROI business cases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively about AI, automation, and technical data workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building sales processes and strategies from scratch.
