What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting high-value leads to closing seven-figure deals.
- Partner with prospective eCommerce customers to solve complex challenges and prototype creative solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business problems into actionable AI-driven technical workflows.
- Contribute market insights to product and marketing teams to refine GTM playbooks and strategy.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term value realization and platform integration.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS or MarTech sales.
- Must be located in or able to commute to New York City.
- Proven track record in eCommerce or digital-first enterprise sales environments.
- Strong experience with multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles and complex ROI business cases.
- Ability to communicate effectively about AI, automation, and technical data workflows.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building sales processes and strategies from scratch.
