What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Own and improve the onboarding process to ensure new hire success.
• Build and scale core People Operations processes, policies, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including offer letters, I-9s, and contractor management.
• Support internal communications and foster a positive company culture.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations.
• Strong understanding of core HR operations and employment compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle hiring processes and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build new processes from scratch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling HR or operations in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Exposure to multi-state or international hiring and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools like Rippling or Ashby and project management tools like Asana.
