What you will do

• Own all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, and strategic planning.
• Develop and lead financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting.
• Build robust financial controls and scalable systems to support business expansion.
• Partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making on pricing and resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and banking partners.
• Scale the finance team and lead future fundraising or M&A activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a Series A-C stage startup that grew to 100-200+ employees.
• Deep understanding of hypergrowth environments and ability to build financial infrastructure from scratch.
• Operational agility with the ability to contribute beyond core finance, including strategic insights and business development.
• Must be able to work onsite at the San Francisco office.

• Direct experience with SaaS business models, API-based products, or consumption-based pricing.
