Strategic Finance & Operations Lead (SaaS): Partnering with the CEO to drive financial strategy, investor relations, and operational rigor as the company scales toward Series A. Location: Must be based in the Bay Area or open to relocation to Palo Alto, CA. Role is in-person (4 days per week).
Salary: $190,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with the CEO to develop financial models, investor decks, and board reporting.
- Track and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, NRR, and conversion rates for SMB/Accountant GTM motions.
- Lead quarterly financial reporting and manage the company's operating rhythm.
- Drive special projects covering M&A, fundraising, and internal operations.
- Collaborate across functions to scale revenue and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Private Equity.
- Deep understanding of unit economics and metrics essential for B2B SaaS growth.
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel/Sheets and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with a fundraising cycle or scaling revenue to $20M+ ARR.
- Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent).
