What you will do

• Develop and refine financial models and forecasts for leadership and investors.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts supporting research, go-to-market, and operations teams.
• Perform financial analysis for strategic decisions like partnership structuring and incentive design.
• Govern and administer expense programs and accounts payable across US and UK entities.
• Manage treasury reporting, cash positioning, and coordinate with outsourced bookkeeping partners.
• Implement and scale finance tooling to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and accounting literacy.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
