What you will do

• Forge relationships as the primary finance partner to segment and product leadership across Sales and Ops.
• Own the segment’s revenue forecast and pipeline analysis, integrating complex revenue streams.
• Lead target-setting, budgeting, and expense planning, driving opportunities to improve operational leverage.
• Build models to evaluate unit economics, ROI, and capital efficiency.
• Help design and implement scalable, automated forecasting and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, and/or consulting in a high-growth environment.
• Strong grasp of non-GAAP industry metrics applicable to SaaS companies.
• Ability to drive multiple projects to completion.
• Excellent communication, with ability to distill complex financial topics into clear narratives.
• Comfort in a high-visibility role, presenting to senior executives and external partners.
• Experience with core finance and sales tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and FP&A platforms

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare SaaS, M&A integration, and/or exposure to enterprise deal structures.
• Familiarity with SQL and low/no-code dashboarding tools (e.g., Retool).
• STEM degree and/or CFA charterholder.
