Focus on designing technical strategies, proving the value of AI in live building scenarios, and aligning technical roadmaps with customer business value.

Location: NYC (SoHo) Hybrid. Must be in office

What you will do

• Own technical onboarding, building and executing 90-day success plans.
• Drive continuous adoption and viral growth through enablement sessions and technical workshops.
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities, providing technical validation and support for commercial closure.
• Co-lead quarterly business reviews with Account Managers, focusing on business value delivered and strategic roadmap alignment.
• Act as an internal advocate to Product and Engineering, shaping hirify.global's roadmap.
• Build live, functional applications during executive meetings to demonstrate immediate value and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles at a high-growth B2B SaaS or dev tools company.
• Proven post-sales ownership, managing a book of 15-25+ enterprise accounts.
• Pre-sales technical selling experience, including running POCs, onboarding sessions, and workshops.
• Hands-on technical credibility with the ability to read and write code (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
• Comfort with up to 30%+ travel for customer meetings and on-site engagements.

• Experience with AI-powered dev tools, IDEs, or developer platforms (GitHub/GitLab, V0, Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Claude Code, Zapier etc.).
• Understanding of AI Evaluation patterns (Evals) and Context Management (RAG, System Prompts).
• Background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), or SRE.
• Experience running paid professional services engagements or customer workshops.
