TL;DR

Founding Customer Success Manager (AI): Building the customer success function from the ground up for an AI infrastructure platform with an accent on enterprise relationship management and technical solutioning. What you will do

  • Build the customer success function from the ground up, establishing scalable processes for onboarding and engagement.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, conducting business reviews and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively drive platform adoption and expansion.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer and inform product strategy.
  • Create and execute customer success playbooks for diverse segments.
  • Develop scalable enablement content and documentation for technical users.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with Enterprise clients in a consulting or success capacity.
  • Strong familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure, developer tools, or a background in technical software.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical implementation details and business strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking ROI, customer health, and usage metrics.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Established relationships within the ML/AI ecosystem.
