Salary: $205,000 – $275,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for hirify.global's data products.
• Prototype models using behavioral datasets to create user-facing product features.
• Identify and define new product opportunities driven by data and machine learning.
• Partner closely with Engineering to bring AI ideas into production.
• Generate actionable insights from internal data to inform other product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping user-facing ML products.
• Experience taking ML products from prototype to production in fast-paced environments.
• Strong background in building ML-driven or data-oriented products.
• Deep technical foundation in software engineering or data science.
• Analytical mindset with experience designing and interpreting experiments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic tools.
• 0-1 founding experience.
