What you will do

• Own the end-to-end management of social media channels including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Plan, draft, and publish daily or weekly content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead on product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
• Edit and publish high-quality short-form video content such as YouTube Shorts.
• Analyze performance metrics to iterate on content strategies and improve reach.
• Engage with the community by monitoring comments and managing direct interactions.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of full-time professional experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Must be based in San Francisco and available for in-person work.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Strong storytelling abilities and proficiency in translating complex B2B concepts into clear content.
• Technical proficiency in video editing and design tools like Adobe, Canva, or Figma.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven growth.
