What you will do

• Produce, record, and edit technical product walkthroughs, screencasts, and explainer videos.
• Leverage Synthesia to rapidly generate and scale AI-avatar videos for product updates.
• Create infographics and visual assets to simplify complex cloud security concepts.
• Rigorously test all visual assets for user experience (UX) and branding compliance.
• Maintain an organized library of raw media and update scripts to keep pace with rapid product release cycles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in multimedia production or instructional media.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
• Experience with AI video generation platforms such as Synthesia or Descript.
• Expertise in Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
• Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and virtualized environments.
• Legal right to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity product content.
• Animation skills (Vyond, After Effects) or professional voiceover experience.
• Experience with LMS (Skilljar, Intellum) and digital credential management (Credly, Accredible).
• Experience using Gemini Pro and Gemini Gems for development automation.
