Salary: $120,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Manage programs end-to-end from discovery and architecture to deployment and production iteration.
• Communicate technical constraints to diverse stakeholders, including leadership, program managers, and factory operators.
• Partner with core platform teams to architect integrations and data models for real-world production systems.
• Build net-new software, custom workflows, and integrations to solve unique customer problems.
• Ship and iterate rapidly, feeding field learnings back into the core platform direction.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance).
• Strong builder with experience shipping in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments.
• AI-native mindset with a proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and execution.
• Full-stack proficiency with the ability to work across UI/UX and backend systems.
• Strong product instincts and experience translating user needs into concrete solutions.
• Excellent communication skills capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Founder or founding-engineer experience.
• Prior forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience.
• Domain background in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Visible body of work or strong GitHub portfolio.
