What you will do
- Take ownership of post-sale account lifecycle and drive patient referral volume from existing clinical partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical staff, addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless platform integration.
- Refine internal partner referral processes to simplify patient transitions.
- Analyze and share patient progress and enrollment data to demonstrate platform impact.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential account risks to ensure long-term retention.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally within healthcare or tech.
- Exceptional follow-up skills with an ability to manage multiple complex workflows.
- Strong communication proficiency suitable for interactions with front-desk staff and specialist physicians.
- Proactive collaborative spirit for working in a distributed remote team.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with hospitals or physician offices.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows or medical referrals.
- Proficiency with GSuite and Slack.
