What you will do

  • Take ownership of post-sale account lifecycle and drive patient referral volume from existing clinical partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical staff, addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless platform integration.
  • Refine internal partner referral processes to simplify patient transitions.
  • Analyze and share patient progress and enrollment data to demonstrate platform impact.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential account risks to ensure long-term retention.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally within healthcare or tech.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills with an ability to manage multiple complex workflows.
  • Strong communication proficiency suitable for interactions with front-desk staff and specialist physicians.
  • Proactive collaborative spirit for working in a distributed remote team.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with hospitals or physician offices.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows or medical referrals.
  • Proficiency with GSuite and Slack.
