What you will do
- Drive territory growth by recruiting new members through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
- Manage existing client relationships to increase contracted spend participation and program engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison for executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, Directors) to influence strategy.
- Conduct in-person client business reviews (CBRs) to analyze performance, mitigate risk, and identify savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal implementation teams to ensure seamless contract activation and program onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and sales forecasting to ensure operational transparency.
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a consultative environment.
- Experience in GPO account management, healthcare supply chain, or distribution is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel and conduct regular in-person business meetings within the assigned territory.
- Strong expertise in CRM software for pipeline management and lead tracking.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level presentation and high-level negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable procurement strategies.
