What you will do

  • Drive new member acquisition through targeted prospecting, outreach, and consultative sales approaches.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for increased spend participation.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual business reviews (CBRs) with C-suite and executive leadership.
  • Analyze client utilization and purchasing reports to provide actionable strategic savings recommendations.
  • Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and contract activation for new members.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting for all account activities and pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and able to travel within the assigned market territory.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in both new business development and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying trends and translating data into strategies.
  • Expertise in executive-level presentations and relationship building with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of GPOs, medical-surgical distribution, or procurement in healthcare settings is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or behavioral health industry operations.
  • Background in food service or medical-surgical distribution sales.
