What you will do
- Drive new member acquisition through targeted prospecting, outreach, and consultative sales approaches.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for increased spend participation.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual business reviews (CBRs) with C-suite and executive leadership.
- Analyze client utilization and purchasing reports to provide actionable strategic savings recommendations.
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and contract activation for new members.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting for all account activities and pipeline opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and able to travel within the assigned market territory.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in both new business development and account management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying trends and translating data into strategies.
- Expertise in executive-level presentations and relationship building with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems for lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of GPOs, medical-surgical distribution, or procurement in healthcare settings is strongly preferred.
