What you will do

  • Define and execute revenue strategy for provider and health plan segments.
  • Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Partnership Leads, AEs, and Account Managers.
  • Oversee pipeline generation, deal execution, and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Establish and scale repeatable sales processes and messaging frameworks.
  • Manage long-cycle, enterprise-level deals with health systems and managed care organizations.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, and clinical teams to align market needs with product offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7-12+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in early to growth-stage startups.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a bias towards clear, thoughtful, and persuasive written arguments.
  • Proven ability to design lead generation strategies and build repeatable sales processes.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience selling healthcare solutions into physician groups and health systems.
  • Specific experience selling to cardiologists or pulmonologists.
  • Experience managing multi-layer sales organizations.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical outcomes into operational and financial impact.
