What you will do
- Define and execute revenue strategy for provider and health plan segments.
- Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Partnership Leads, AEs, and Account Managers.
- Oversee pipeline generation, deal execution, and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Establish and scale repeatable sales processes and messaging frameworks.
- Manage long-cycle, enterprise-level deals with health systems and managed care organizations.
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and clinical teams to align market needs with product offerings.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7-12+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in early to growth-stage startups.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills with a bias towards clear, thoughtful, and persuasive written arguments.
- Proven ability to design lead generation strategies and build repeatable sales processes.
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
Nice to have
- Direct experience selling healthcare solutions into physician groups and health systems.
- Specific experience selling to cardiologists or pulmonologists.
- Experience managing multi-layer sales organizations.
