What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop an outreach team to ensure consistent daily performance and goal achievement.
  • Monitor funnel metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for conversion improvement.
  • Refine call scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling strategies to enhance member engagement.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and actionable coaching to support skill development.
  • Partner with product and member services teams to identify and resolve operational friction in the user journey.
  • Report on experiment progress and provide data-driven insights for ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR/BDR team lead or in a frontline outbound sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume outbound activity and driving conversion goals.
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills with an ability to mentor early-career team members.
  • Proficiency in using funnel data and metrics to diagnose issues and prioritize interventions.
  • Strong organizational skills and operational mindset.
  • Must be based in the United States and eligible for work.
