Salary: $185,000 – $200,000 (plus commissions and equity)

What you will do

  • Own and execute a territory strategy focused on large, self-insured employers to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from initial discovery through deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through strategic partnerships, executive networking, and consultant ecosystems.
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Finance leaders.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align go-to-market strategies with client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive forums to elevate brand presence.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience selling healthcare or benefits solutions to large, self-insured employers (15K+ lives).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Deep existing relationships within the employer benefits ecosystem, specifically with brokers and consultants.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive 0-to-1 growth in an early-stage environment.
  • Highly autonomous and driven approach to territory and revenue ownership.
