Focus on scaling the sales organization, establishing hirify.global as a standard for institutional programmable money, and driving growth in the digital assets space.

Location: Must be able to work multiple days a week from the office in New York City

hirify.global is a shared infrastructure provider enabling businesses to launch branded stablecoins with full interoperability for financial institutions.

What you will do

  • Architect and execute the global sales strategy to drive hirify.global platform adoption among Tier 1 fintechs and payment networks.
  • Own the full end-to-end sales lifecycle for multi-million dollar enterprise partnerships.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a geographically distributed institutional sales team.
  • Implement data-driven sales operations including CRM discipline and pipeline forecasting.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador for hirify.global with C-suite stakeholders and regulatory partners.
  • Influence the product roadmap by synthesizing market feedback and partner requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or enterprise partnerships.
  • 4+ years in a senior commercial leadership role within fintech, crypto, or B2B payments.
  • Proven history of closing and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise contracts.
  • Deep expertise in digital assets and payment processing infrastructure.
  • Ability to design and scale a sales function from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
  • Must be able to work multiple days a week from the NYC office.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with regulated stablecoin issuers or major card networks.
  • Established network among global financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks such as MiCA or US state money transmitter laws.
