What you will do
- Architect and execute the global sales strategy to drive hirify.global platform adoption among Tier 1 fintechs and payment networks.
- Own the full end-to-end sales lifecycle for multi-million dollar enterprise partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and manage a geographically distributed institutional sales team.
- Implement data-driven sales operations including CRM discipline and pipeline forecasting.
- Serve as a senior ambassador for hirify.global with C-suite stakeholders and regulatory partners.
- Influence the product roadmap by synthesizing market feedback and partner requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or enterprise partnerships.
- 4+ years in a senior commercial leadership role within fintech, crypto, or B2B payments.
- Proven history of closing and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise contracts.
- Deep expertise in digital assets and payment processing infrastructure.
- Ability to design and scale a sales function from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
- Must be able to work multiple days a week from the NYC office.
Nice to have
- Experience working with regulated stablecoin issuers or major card networks.
- Established network among global financial institutions.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks such as MiCA or US state money transmitter laws.
