Salary: $49,725–$61,425 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Engage current accounts to identify opportunities for expansion and premium feature adoption.
  • Manage and track customer interactions and business insights within Salesforce.
  • Utilize sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo to identify key contacts.
  • Articulate the product value proposition to support customer upgrades and purchasing.
  • Create high-quality customer-facing content showcasing product benefits.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and reside in the EST or CST time zone
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in software/SaaS sales or customer success.
  • Proven background in lead generation, sales development, or account support.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey business value.
