What you will do

• Lead strategic pricing engagements for B2B and B2C Open Access products.
• Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and machine learning tools to optimize pricing strategies.
• Define and automate tracking of key volume, yield, and price metrics.
• Influence stakeholders across departments to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Oversee the Pricing Analytics Manager to deliver core Open Access pricing deliverables.
• Design and deploy automated systems for pricing updates, performance tracking, and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Right to live and work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading the development and implementation of new pricing strategies in data hirify.globaltion services.
• Demonstrable background in strategic pricing, either in a strategy consultancy or an in-house team.
• Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Python, R) and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong bias towards advanced AI technologies and workflow automation.
• Ability to travel and work in-person at the Milton Park office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Open Access pricing function of an Academic Publisher.
