What you will do

• Lead delivery of consulting projects across client accounts and partnerships, guiding both clients and internal teams.
• Develop asset and portfolio strategies, including cross-functional planning and corporate prioritization.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through industry outreach and proposal development.
• Facilitate engagement with diverse stakeholder groups to drive strategic alignment.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members in analysis and complex problem solving.
• Design and evolve operational processes associated with asset commercialization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or management consulting.
• Proven track record in developing successful strategies for assets and portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of the asset lifecycle and commercialization processes.
• Ability to lead complex projects where structure and processes may be undetermined.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• In-market launch or commercialization experience in the US or UK.
