What you will do

• Own and maintain the enterprise business resilience framework and methodology.
• Lead critical business service identification and support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) across various teams.
• Design and deliver resilience exercises, simulations, and scenario tests.
• Provide resilience training and awareness to business units.
• Assess resilience of critical suppliers and integrate requirements into procurement.
• Support incident response with post-incident impact assessments and improvement tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or similar resilience roles.
• Strong expertise in BIA processes, dependency mapping, and exercise facilitation.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and provide constructive challenges.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience delivering training and engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with resilience standards such as ISO 22301.
• Previous experience working in regulated or complex operational environments.
• Exposure to formal audits or regulatory review processes.
