What you will do

• Supporting the Head of Business Management with strategic operational planning and performance insight.
• Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards, including KPIs and OKRs.
• Coordinating portfolio and resource governance to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Managing capacity planning and workforce insights to optimize delivery across product teams.
• Shaping governance routines and improving meeting structures across GFIT.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience supporting senior leaders within an IT or technology-enabled function.
• Strong data and analytical capability, with confidence using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Strong experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• Knowledge of governance, portfolio management, prioritization, and risk processes.
• Understanding of product-centric and agile delivery approaches.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex information to a range of stakeholders.
