What you will do

• Lead and mentor a large team of Engineers, Area Managers, and Regional Managers to ensure high-quality installations.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of low-carbon technology installations, ensuring smooth and professional customer experiences.
• Design, refine, and scale installation processes to improve operational efficiency as demand grows.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, workforce planning, and health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex customer issues and maintain high standards of service.
• Provide strategic oversight of regional performance and drive commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience leading field-based teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Full UK Driving License required for site visits and team engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically while managing high-volume operations.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems effectively and adapt to fast-paced changes.
• Exceptional people management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
