TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US; role requires 3 days per week in the office.
Salary: $98,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with broader business and go-to-market objectives.
- Plan and manage North American events including roadshows, customer events, dinners, and tradeshow activations.
- Partner with sales teams to execute ABM strategies and targeted marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand and event experience consistency across all initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize ROI.
- Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure project deliverables.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing or event management.
- Must be able to travel as needed for on-site event execution.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Auburndale, MA office at least 3 days per week.
- Proven track record in event logistics, budget allocation, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) software.
- Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills.

- Experience with virtual event components and digital engagement platforms.
- Background in tech marketing or specialized market segment messaging.
