TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US; role requires 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $98,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with broader business and go-to-market objectives.
• Plan and manage North American events including roadshows, customer events, dinners, and tradeshow activations.
• Partner with sales teams to execute ABM strategies and targeted marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand and event experience consistency across all initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize ROI.
• Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure project deliverables.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing or event management.
• Must be able to travel as needed for on-site event execution.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Auburndale, MA office at least 3 days per week.
• Proven track record in event logistics, budget allocation, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) software.
• Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills.

• Experience with virtual event components and digital engagement platforms.
• Background in tech marketing or specialized market segment messaging.
