Marketing Manager

Salary: $110k - $150k
🔹Requirements
-Proven experience running hands-on marketing operations (crypto, Web3, or high-growth tech preferred)
-Strong experience managing paid and organic marketing campaigns
-Deep understanding of social media marketing, especially X/Twitter
-DeFi experience is a major plus
-Active DeFi user (you use protocols, wallets, onchain tools)
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
-Comfortable working independently and owning execution
-Based in or aligned with EU or North American time zones
🔹Nice to Have
-Previous experience marketing DeFi protocols, infrastructure, or onchain products
-Familiarity with analytics tools
-Experience working with remote-first teams
