What you will do
- Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates hirify.global products in a crowded market.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and talk tracks) that help Account Executives and Customer Success teams win.
- Partner with the broader Marketing team to fuel demand generation campaigns with content that drives top-of-funnel interest and mid-funnel conversion.
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Management, providing feedback from the field to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within SaaS, Fintech, or Cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to create "product-to-customer" narratives and explain how a complex technical update solves a specific user's problem.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, from small feature updates to major platform launches.
- Use data to back up your narrative and comfortable looking at win/loss data, usage metrics, and market trends to inform your strategy.
- Deep desire to learn the nuances of the crypto-economy and the regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Highspot, or Gong.
- Knowledge of the public sector (government/law enforcement) or financial compliance industries.
