What you will do

• Define and execute a unified growth roadmap across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, improve creative velocity, and optimize performance marketing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to align growth initiatives with company strategy.
• Own the marketing technology stack, including CRM, CDP, and attribution systems.
• Lead and scale high-performing teams across Paid Media, SEO/AEO, and Marketing Technology.
• Optimize capital allocation through advanced attribution frameworks and incrementality testing.

Requirements

• 12+ years of growth or performance marketing leadership experience with full-funnel ownership.
• Proven expertise in scaling multi-channel acquisition while managing significant marketing budgets.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI for operational and performance gains.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to define/build complex measurement frameworks.
• Executive communication skills with ability to align stakeholders across a distributed, cross-functional organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participation).
