What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to expand market reach and meet revenue targets.
- Build and nurture high-impact relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, size new opportunities, and optimize overall channel performance.
- Provide training and enablement programs for internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Manage complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for the business.
- Collaborate across marketing, product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure effective strategy execution.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in strategic channel partnerships, analytics, or sales.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative results for leadership.
- Experience with project management software such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Confluence.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for partner meetings and team events.
