TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX

Compensation: $115,000–$130,000 (inclusive of base salary and annual variable)

What you will do

  • Drive net-new business by articulating platform value to legal business owners and executives.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver customized, high-impact product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while consistently hitting MRR targets.
  • Stay updated on legal industry marketing trends to provide consultative insights to prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to a high-energy culture.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, specifically in digital marketing solutions for the legal sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing new business with consistent performance achievements.
  • Experience transitioning from BDR or SDR roles into a closing-focused sales position.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Seismic, and Chili Piper.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the USA as hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
