Compensation: $115,000–$130,000 (inclusive of base salary and annual variable)

What you will do
- Drive net-new business by articulating platform value to legal business owners and executives.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver customized, high-impact product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while consistently hitting MRR targets.
- Stay updated on legal industry marketing trends to provide consultative insights to prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to a high-energy culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, specifically in digital marketing solutions for the legal sector.
- Proven track record of managing and closing new business with consistent performance achievements.
- Experience transitioning from BDR or SDR roles into a closing-focused sales position.
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Seismic, and Chili Piper.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the USA as participates in E-Verify.
