Financial Analyst (Fintech)

Location: This hybrid role is required to work in the Denver office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Salary: The Denver Area base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $96,000 and can vary if outside of this location.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business partners to provide business insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to track and forecast revenue and expenses.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analyses to leadership.
• Conduct special project financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives.
• Support month, quarter, and year-end close activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key financial and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Experience performing ad hoc financial analysis and building complex financial models / forecasts.
• Experience working with large datasets in a business or financial context.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ERP, and business intelligence software systems.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible/adaptable and team oriented.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
