What you will do

• Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to clients.
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from planning and buying through detailed reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-level presentations.
• Create custom data models using Sheets and Excel and utilize tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Mentor new hires and junior staff to help improve overall team strategy.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience managing ROI-focused digital media campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and technical competency in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce and lead generation programs.
• Familiarity with Snap Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
