What you will do

• Develop creative briefs and campaign strategies connecting storytelling with performance goals.
• Design and manage creative testing frameworks across digital platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Analyze creative performance data to identify successes and lead iteration processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, production, and media teams to deliver high-performing assets.
• Present findings and data-backed creative recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Synthesize performance data to inform future messaging strategies and hooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
• Deep knowledge of performance creative across paid media channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable creative direction.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with UGC and influencer creative trends.
• Previous experience in an agency or growth-focused environment.
