TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States or from US hubs in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Salary: $200,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Manage a defined list of strategic enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and strengthen C-level relationships using discovery and value-selling techniques
  • Align with executives on business challenges and promote enterprise-wide product deployments
  • Create strategic account plans analyzing company priorities and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and drive deals forward
  • Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
  • Experience closing sales with large enterprise customers (5000+ employees)
  • Proven track record meeting pipeline generation targets for new business
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles of 9 months or longer
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies that create customer value

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to technical audiences in Engineering, Product, and Design
  • Ability to succeed in a changing environment
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
