What you will do
- Manage a defined list of strategic enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and strengthen C-level relationships using discovery and value-selling techniques
- Align with executives on business challenges and promote enterprise-wide product deployments
- Create strategic account plans analyzing company priorities and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and drive deals forward
- Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- Experience closing sales with large enterprise customers (5000+ employees)
- Proven track record meeting pipeline generation targets for new business
- Experience managing complex sales cycles of 9 months or longer
- Proficiency in sales methodologies that create customer value
Nice to have
- Experience selling to technical audiences in Engineering, Product, and Design
- Ability to succeed in a changing environment
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
