TL;DR

Account Manager (Enterprise/Strategic): Managing and expanding business relationships with enterprise clients to promote Human Risk Management products with an accent on complex multi-year deals and cross-selling. Focus on driving ARR growth, executing strategic account planning, and articulating high-value security solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Arlington, Virginia (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell the full suite of security products to existing enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of cross-sell, add-on, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to increase account commitment.
  • Identify and engage key C-level decision-makers to articulate the product value proposition.
  • Maintain thorough records of all client interactions and account progress in Salesforce.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and maintain accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the enterprise segment.
  • Proven track record of closing deals of $500K+ and managing multi-year agreements.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives, specifically CISOs and Security Teams.
  • Technical aptitude with understanding of security technology stacks like SIEM, EDR, and IAM.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies and consultative sales.
  • English proficiency required, with excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or IT.
  • Network+ or Security+ certification.
  • Competitive sports or collegiate athlete background demonstrating discipline and teamwork.
