What you will do

  • Lead and grow a team of approximately 15 members across Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and Deal Desk.
  • Manage Salesforce architecture and revenue reporting to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and the C-suite.
  • Design and maintain commission plans, territory structures, and capacity models to support sales performance.
  • Partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align revenue priorities and execution.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and go-to-market workflows.
  • Scale operational processes and systems to support the organization's growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation, territory design, and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to manage sales enablement functions for both new logo acquisition and customer success.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
