TL;DR

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Program Leads and Business Analysts to translate commercial requirements into actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Design and optimize commercial systems including Salesforce and CPQ to support quoting, contracting, and invoicing workflows.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between executive leadership and functional teams like Legal, Finance, and Sales.
  • Define and monitor commercial KPIs, creating dashboards for senior leadership to drive actionable insights.
  • Ensure all transactional workflows and commercial activities adhere to healthcare regulatory standards, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Partner with the Training team to develop enablement tools and job aids to improve sales team adoption and process fluency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, or Business Operations in healthcare tech or digital health.
  • Demonstrated expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem, including CPQ, Docusign, and contract management platforms.
  • Understanding of healthcare-specific requirements such as HIPAA, BAAs, and complex contract structures.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
